1105833 - Support tree aliases for `hg push`

One of the limitations of firefoxtree is that the automagical tree aliases only work on pull and https:// URLs.

Let's implement support for ssh:// URLs.

Looks good to me. I don't understand all of the implications about overriding 'push', but the code seems to pass muster.
