1105991 - Error message displayed when editing an Operator Shelf name

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open edit page for an Operator Shelf (i.e https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/operators/shelves/edit/opshtest001)
2. Edit the string in the Name field (add or delete some characters).
3. Click the submit button.

Expected results:
The modification is saved, a confirmation message is displayed.

Actual results:
The modification is not saved, an error message is displayed: "Sorry, we found some errors in the form".

Notes/Issues:
Verified in FF36(Win7) Issue can be reproduced in mp-dev.

Can you please monitor the network tab of the developer tools and include the body of the failing API response here?

I can see a PUT request that fails with a 404

I still can't reproduce this. The fact that you're getting a 404 tells me that you're trying to edit a shelf that has been deleted.

Any more specific steps with a new shelf (i.e. one we know isn't deleted) would be appreciated.

I have tried with a new Shelf with the same result. I do not have extra steps here, I can reproduce it when trying to edit the name field of any operator shelf. The only failing request is the PUT which fails with a 404.
Giving the fact that you can't reproduce this issue, and that we have a problem with our accounts (Bug 1106093) I assume that there is something wrong with our accounts.
