Is this what you're after? https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/b984bd16-688a-4a21-9b5f-f851d2141128 This fails on two Windows installations I have access to: Win7 Pro and Win10 Preview; it works for me on Linux and also with Aurora on Windows.

WFM on 37.0a1 (2014-12-05) e10s OFF, Win 7 x64. Please check if the issue occurs using Firefox in safe mode (with your addons disabled): http://support.mozilla.com/kb/Safe+Mode And on a new, empty profile: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles#w_starting-the-profile-manager

Right! On my failing Windows 7 setup: - Disabled all add-ons (not safe mode), still occurred. - Didn't occur in safe mode. - Has "gone away" after refreshing my profile (I think "refresh" was the other button option when starting in safe mode). Will try my Windows 10 installation later to see if it's the same. I have another Window 7 setup (it's "older" than the one I have just tested with) and it was absolutely fine. I notice that you mentioned x64 and also that the bug report says the same: I'm using the 32-bit GB l10n version of nightly on x64.

(In reply to Paul Black from comment #4) > - Didn't occur in safe mode. > - Has "gone away" after refreshing my profile (I think "refresh" was the > other button option when starting in safe mode). so, something was corrupted in your old profile, can't tell what, but I'm glad everything's ok now > I notice that you mentioned x64 and also that the bug report says the same: > I'm using the 32-bit GB l10n version of nightly on x64. not important Closing for now, please reopen if you hit this again.
