In a sample dataset from Nightly I have noticed about 40% of pings to have an empty threadHangStats array (i.e. "threadHangStats" : [ ]). I thought that threadHangsStats being empty might have been correlated to very short sessions (i.e. terminated just after starting up) but that doesn't seem the case as it happens also with session that last hours. Jim, any ideas?

threadHangStats is empty when BHR is disabled, which happens in debug builds, and in some cases on B2G (but I don't remember the specifics).
