Steps to reproduce:

Saving a page of the latest phpbb version, 3.1.x has issues in all browsers. FF, Chrome, and IE. It saves the css files but when you open the saved page, it displays no css at all. They claim its a browser issue. Can anyone explain why wont it load any css files .. if its a browser or if its a problem with their site. https://tracker.phpbb.com/browse/PHPBB3-13401
Can you provide a testcase, ie a webpage we can use to test this issue?

Sorry for my late answer but their site was offline for a week and i waited until they got it back. Just remembered to reply. Please keep me posted on any progress.. ty :)

Unfortunately, this is an old bug about "save page as" not including @import'd CSS. :-(
