1106481 - Sequential form: Need version with higher dollar amounts

We need a sequential form that shows higher amounts to promote on the homepage and other channels where donation averages are higher than snippet.

Mavis created a preset that worked on the 1-page form, like this:
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/givenow-1page?preset=2

But the equivalent for sequential does not work (small amounts are shown):
https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/contribute/givenow-seq?preset=2

We need this in order to update the homepage links with the new, higher performing sequential form that displays higher gift amounts.
