FoxyProxy prevents HTTP Forwarding and HTTP Authentication from working.

I filed a bug in the FoxyProxy Forum, without reply to date: https://forums.getfoxyproxy.org/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1140&p=3161#p3161
The developer has been notified through AMO.
