User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0 Build ID: 20141125180439 Steps to reproduce: 1. Restarted my Firefox 33.1.1 to let it apply the Firefox 34 update. Note: I'm not referring to the Beta version. I see that the release was not done for all Beta users. Actual results: 1. Firefox Hello icon was missing in the toolbar. 2. It wasn't listed even among the icons on the Customize menu. 3. I had to manually go to about:config and set loop.throttled to false. Expected results: Firefox Hello icon should have been available on the toolbar.
Validated the bug, issue still exists. [bugday-20141208] Prashanth.

This is working as designed. We are throttling the first release of Hello to avoid overwhelming our servers. We will be relaxing the throttle (which will flip loop.throttle to true for more users) over the next week. Everyone should see the loop button once we are completely unthrottled.
