Description:
When pulling the notification tray back up, there is about a 1 second lag before the status bar icons become visible again.
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141202040207
2) Pull down the notification tray
3) Lift the notification try back up and observe
  
Actual:
The status bar icons take a second to become visible
  
Expected: 
The status bar icons should always be visible as long as you can see the status bar

This issue does NOT happen in Flame 2.0 and Flame 2.1

There is not lag when looking at the status bar icons after pulling the notification tray back up.
