While in the privacy page of the marketplace, the user will notice that there is a rocket bar and search bar.  When the user scrolls on the page, they will notice that there is a gap between the two bars.  
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20141202040207
2) Open the settings app, and select device information.
3) Then tap on your privacy, and choose marketplace.
4) Once the page loads, scroll up and down.
5) Pay close attention to the search bar.
6) Notice it will become separated from the rocket bar, leaving a temporary large gap between the two.
  
Actual:
The search bar and rocket bar will not move together, causing a gap in between the two when scrolling in the privacy page of the marketplace
  
Expected: 
The search bar and rocket bar should move as one, and should not have a gap separating the two

This issue does occur on Flame 2.1 (319mb)(Kitkat Base)(Full Flash).

The transition looks poor, but the search bar and rocketbar quickly fix the gap once the transition is complete. Not nominating to block.
