I've mocked this up as a static page in BSD. This needs some dev work now to: * Link up these buttons to the PayPal / Form JS so that it works * Move this code into a repo so it's properly maintained This is the page in BSD to work from: https://sendto.mozilla.org/modules/wrappers/admin/page_edit.php?page_id=16
