  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
  1.Enter "settings/Language" change to spanish language
  2.Enter Marketplace outline
  3.the prompt does not change to spanish language still show 
  "Sorry, you are currently offline. Please try again later" --KO
   
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
  the prompt should show in spanish language.
