Steps to reproduce:

Checking settings/sound/volume, a check box for 'increasing ringtone volume' is  missing. (up to FFOS 2.0)

This is a usefull option so phone starts ringing restraint, and later getting louder if the owner doesn't pick up the call, e.g. in noisy situtations.

Missing check box for 'increasing ringtone volume' at settings/sound/volume


Expected results:

Can you implement the function 'increasing ringtone' with check box?
Moving this to the settings app so that the appropriate folks see it.
