+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1092953 +++

With the patches landed for the modal room delete, delete no longer deletes the room, either when logged in or not.

This blocks uplift of this bug.  Also, the tests included must not be checking if the room is actually deleted - or for some reason it works in the test and not in normal use.

Dupe of bug 1106538. This would work with the latest version of the server (not deployed yet), and only functional tests would have been able to catch this at this stage.

Bug 1106538 is going to make this work again for the current server, and it'll be slightly better going forward anyway.
