Trigger alarm when phone is idle (screen off)
Once Alarm is cancelled, SHB overlaps lockscreen and status bar is not shown when opening apps.

This is what I get when I tried. I can't see anything wrong with the status bar, but the SHB should be visible.

Part of this bug will be addressed in Bug 1107355.
The other part is not reproducible on the latest build. Let's wait till Bug 1107355 lands, then try again and close it if all good.
