Filing a bug since this is already slipped on aurora: es-ES shouldn't have a ddg.xml file in the repository, it needs to be picked up from en-US as other shared searchplugins (bing, google).
Oops, my fault. Removing from Aurora: http://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/es-ES/rev/843ee260509b I'll uplift it to Central when I check some changes in mobile after channel shift.
