Details

when the content being made accessible is in a child process it needs to deal with a ProxyAccessible instead of a AccessibleWrap.  That means ProxyAccessible / PDocAccessible need to learn to proxy the appropriate call to the child.  It should be fairly straight forward to crib from say bug 1088477.
