+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #861760 +++
PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
Some labels are displayed in english language even if the phone is set to spanish language.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
The phone must display all the labels according to the language that is set.
1. "Please connect to Wifi/3G and try again." "Favor conectarse a una red Wifi/3G e intente de nuevo".
2. "Mobile" must be "M
