When doing my new docs branch, Github allowed me to add a hook so ReadTheDocs rebuilt automatically on checkin. We should make that work for trunk and branches - either by putting a similar hook on git.mozilla.org, or by getting RTD to pull from the github mirror. (How is _that_ updated?)

This is now done, by changing RTD to pull from the Github mirror and adding a Github hook. (This was the recommendation in the #vcs channel.)
