Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20141204040202
2: Open Email
3: From another device, send an email to the DUT.

Actual: No notification is displayed upon receiving the email.

Expected: A notification is displayed informing the user they have a new email.

This issue DOES occur on Flame 2.1 (319mb/full flash)

Need info on QA lead for decision on expected behavior for v2.2.

This is expected right now, and has worked like this since notifications support was added. Basic rules are:

1) If in different email account, and sync finds a new message for the other account, a system notification is shown.

2) If in the correct email account, and sync finds a new message, and user is in message list, then a blue toaster display within the email app.

However, if the user is on some other card for the correct email account, no notification is given.

I thought there was an existing bug for this, but cannot find it, so may dupe this if we find it, or use this as a dupe for future bugs.

I will leave this open for now, to get allow for UX to consider something to address this.
