Diagnostics found nothing, then it got two unreachable bugs, then the disk continued failing, "The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error." Diagnostics found nothing, then it got two unreachable bugs, and it would now be getting a third one, except slaveapi is broken several times over. Disabled in slavealloc, please escalate it to iX."
