The management command was added in https://github.com/mozilla/olympia/pull/305 (bug 1061143), but it's missing an entry in the docs.

To me the documentation is the one of the command through the `help` param given that AFAIK we don't document commands directly in the docs. Thoughts?

We at least need to tell about this command in the installation docs I believe. Also, most of the other commands (all of them?) are only there for administration in some way, this one is used to populate the database for contributors, so I guess it has a special status?
