Fwiw today I had similar experience also in dev edition. ... after waiting 2-5 min after server connection I was able to do all normal server actions. The symptom (as observed from another computer attached to the same network) was my comments through chatzilla being entirely delayed, after they went through the first time was normal delay (near-instant)

If yes, I am glad for that. I was only able to do so via downloading and installing the Standalone Chatzilla for i686 Linux (I now use Ubuntu for i686). And it worked rather well of Chatzilla after using the standalone type of Chatzilla. but, when I had used the addon version several times to recreate or repro the event, it showed each and very time of 7 times I tried, this same issue listed in this bug.

This should never have been in Core::Build Config. Has nothing to do with core or build config, only with chatzilla and possibly networking. Either way, pretty sure this is just WFM at this point. Leaving needinfo in case Callek thinks otherwise.
