Deleted or disabled apps show up in Consumer Pages My Apps list if they have been installed by the user before they were deleted/disabled. That's because the API doesn't filter them out. It should.

Should the API filter it out? A user could still have it installed on their device so that might be confusing. I think we should show it but provide a status with it that it has been deleted or disabled. The front-end could then alter the button.
