Steps to reproduce:

I create widges and destory them with CustomizableUI.jsm


Actual results:

on create,destroy they just pop in place. we should make it animated in. like style on the hidden attribute. like width increase IF chrome window ui is loaded, if its not loaded then just pop into place.
