Sample screenshot showing problem

1. Visit a page containing a font that I don't have on my machine, e.g., http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Burmese_language
2. Note a character that doesn't render. Note that it has very tiny numbers within the box that represent the Unicode number
3. Press shift-ctrl-plus multiple times to zoom.

Actual results: The unicode number within the enclosing block character stays tiny.

The unicode number within the enclosing block character grows along with the enclosing block character.

Another sample screen shot. You won't see this one if you visit the page in question as it involves an issue with an add on, but it demonstrates the Unicode code not zooming.
