Details
There's usually enough screen space for the SIM dialog (that shows after starting the phone) to always show the keyboard, i.e., autofocus the dialog.
Is this really just a matter of adding autofocus to the input field? If yes, I can take this patch.

Moving Components as per Greg Weng's email to dev-gaia, that SIM PIN bugs belong to the Window Management.
