I think this would make more sense. Let's do it as a followup.

Hm actually, I don't think this really makes sense, since CANCELED causes the MDSM to retrigger the decode, whereas END_OF_STREAM causes it to finish things up.

If we ever need to disambiguate these cases, we can just add a SHUTDOWN NotDecodedReason.
