The page is currently completely localized, but in order to enable it on production we need to set up an email address that will be used as a recipient for all inquiries.

Requirements for this email address:
* Ideally it should be an alias, or an address created for this specific purpose, managed by the community.
* It can't be a public mailing list for privacy reasons.

Autoresponders
This is the confusing part at the moment. 

We're using the old back-end for this page, so autoresponders are optional. These are the autoresponders templates

But I don't suggest to localize them at this point, a lot of work that will be used for (hopefully) a short time.

At some point we will be able to switch to the new back-end, and those autoresponders are tracked on the webdashboard.

With the new back-end autoresponders will be mandatory, but we can chose to have only one, or localize all of them individually. Personally I suggest to go for one generic autoresponder that explains how your community works, how to get in touch, who's responsible for a specific subject, etc.

If you create this kind of autoresponder, we can "backport" is to the old template system, simply by copying the same text in all templates.

Feel free to CC other members of the team who should participate in this discussion. And ask if you have any doubts, especially on the autoresponders part.

I've sent an email for the localization subject, you should receive the request.

I also realized a small issue with the contribute form. Right now the page is a mix of the old one for the form (which Ukrainian didn't have), and new one.

That's why the contribute form is completely localized on stage

But has some English text on the one in production

To fix the issue I created a .lang file with only the necessary strings (r136266), but it's untracked by the webdashboard, otherwise it would report a ton of missing strings. I'll send an email to Artem to make sure he's aware of the issue.
