cpearce suggested we might consider adding a moz- prefixed value to the <video> tag's preload attribute for Shumway.
I suspect that we might be able to mostly just implement whatever runtime stuff the fb player needs to implement its heuristics. They probably adjust the NetStream#bufferTime value, which we could support using an attribute on <video> as Chris suggests.
