[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&2.2][Browser]While we launch browser for first time,app permission page will be displayed,close it,keyboard will disappear.
Occurence time:15:12
see attachments:logcat.txt,2.3gp.
[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.First time to launch browser.
2.Tap URL input box (Keyboard pop up).
3.App permission page displayed,tap don't share.


[3.Expected Result]: 
3.Keyboard should not disppear,user should not need to invoke it agian.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.Back to browser page,but keyboard disppear.

Yes,there is no app permission of browser in 2.2 any more,so it is only 2.1 issue now.

This looks like a window manager issue, I would have thought the text field should lose focus as soon as the dialog appears, not after it is closed, but I'm not 100% sure what the expected behaviour is here.
