110861 - offline: send later for imap mail doesn't work correctly.

Not sure this is a 'offline' bug or a general send later mail error.
Please reassign if necessary.

using commercial:
2001-11-19-10-trunk nt 4.0
2001-11-19-08-trunk mac 9.1, linux 2.2

I am using imap mail. If i go offline and try to compose a new
mesg this is what I see:
  - Send button on toolbar instead of send later button
  - after clicking the send button a hang occurs
    -Sending mesgs dialog appears but nothing happens.
     progress meter keeps spinning.

Send later from the File menu works fine.
In previous builds if you did a 'send now' ,while offline, nothing would
happen.
