110866 - Loading about:blank in tab does not update titlebar

Taskbar Mozilla Window Button keeps last window title when you load "About: blank".

Note: This is not really a Tabbed Browser bug but I knew you'd look at it, and I
didn't know where to put it.  Lucky you.

I have the Home button set for "About: blank".  I don't like leaving pages
hanging around open but, as you know, I can't close all windows without exiting
Mozilla.  So I click on the "Home" button to clear the page.  The app button on
the (Taskbar?) still has the name of the Mozilla window before I clicked on the
"Home" button.

P.S. weirdness in Bugzilla, disappearing/reappearing text - have to hit <Enter>
twice to see the text again.

Confirming, Build 2001120208/WinNT.
