1108774 - PayPal only form needs to accept pre-selected donation amount via URL

Traffic from the 'select amount' snippet lands on the donation form with a pre-selected donation amount in the URL.

On the current sequential form, this amount highlights the relevant amount button on the landing page.

We plan to test sending some snippet traffic to a PayPal only form, but we need to acknowledge the donors pre-selected donation amount and use this to populate their form.

https://sendto.mozilla.org/page/content/paypal-donate-usd/

should look for the "#amount-5" hash in the URL and extract the 5, and put this into the input box.
