Right now, CZK, HUF and PHP

Have English login pages.
It doesn't look like paypal has an obvious locale for those currencies.
Should research or contact PayPal to figure out the solution.

The only thing I'm able to fix here is to make sure they are in the right country for selected country field on PayPal form page. They don't have translation for the three here and I can't find any reference, but I did tried all variant possible and nothing.
