I don't know where to file bugs against yahoo and the search experience, so here it is. Do a search for anything on yahoo and then the same search on google. Most search results on yahoo yield no dates, google does. To me that helps me prioritize my clicks to find what is most relevant.
We can't really track Yahoo bugs in Bugzilla. If you send this feedback to Kev he may be able to aggregate it for our discussions with them.
