Reviewing the repro steps on the duplicate bug 1107746 and bug 1109921, the NFC transfer issue still reproduces on Flame 2.2.

Results:
- When tapping 2 NFC-enabled devices together, nothing happens. (No vibration, no "Swipe to share" UI)
- When the device is locked and unlocked, the NFC feature is activated. (The devices vibrate, and "Swipe to share" UI appears).
- Transferring a browser page works.
- Transferring a media file does NOT work. (" File could not be sent" notification appears.)
