Steps to reproduce:

Visit any page you want and try to drag an link or images, doesn't do anything in current trunk but works in current final.


Actual results:

Nothing. 


Expected results:

Link or images should have been dragged.
Can you try with e10s OFF ?
Good point, it's an e10s only bug.
