STR: 

1.- Scroll down on the homescreen till the statusbar background changes to black
2.- Open the clock app and set an alarm
3.- Wait for the alarm and close it
4.- Scroll up again the homescreen

Expected:

The statusbar background changes

Actual:

The statusbar background remains black

Another example in which the refactor done in Bug 1074332 would help. We should apply the icon filters to each application mozElement, instead of the statusbar itself.
