In the screenshots, notice the way "Case Owner" is displayed.

Attaching the output from "View Page Source".
Search for "Case Owner" -- that's the section that isn't displaying correctly in Firefox.

It looks like this image didn't load for some reason and is displaying its @alt text instead:

I just tried it with a new Firefox profile, and now it works. So, I guess it's time for me to setup a new Firefox profile.
Closing as WORKSFORME, since it works with a new profile.
