Send Format preferences panel says "You can override these settings for
individual messages by using the Options menu in the Mail Compose window."  On
Mac OS, the menu is in the system menu bar when that window is in the front, so
that text is somewhat confusing.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. open Preferences
2. under Mail & Newsgroups, select Send Format

Actual Results:  Text is: "You can override these settings for individual
messages by using the Options menu in the Mail Compose window."

Expected Results:  perhaps "using the Options menu while composing a message." 
The average user doesn't necessarily know that it's called the Mail Compose
window (and shouldn't have to think of it as having a label like that).  Anyone
have a better suggestion?

Ideally, whatever the text is changed to should be appropriate for all
platforms, rather than making this a Mac-specific change.

that matter, an illegitimate reason?  Those are often amusing.

ass and learn how to make one myself. :-)  This does NOT change the

be changed by us.

Using trunk builds 20021121 on winxp, macosx and linux this is fixed. Verified.
