[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1&2.2][Homescreen]In smart collection, "Delete" button does not work sometimes in edit mode.
Found time:23:29

[2.Testing Steps]:
1. Tap one smart collection(eg:social).
2. Long tap one app icon.
**It will skip to edit mode.
3. Tap "x" (delete button) to remove app incon.
[3.Expected Result]:
3. App icon should be deleted easily when tapping "delete" button.
[4.Actual Result]:
3. It is hard to delete the icon sometimes.

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.
As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
