[Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Camera]Take a photon in Camera and enter preview page, it is hard to tap the share and menu icons.

Occurrence time:17:11

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Launch Camera.
2.Take a photo.
3.Enter photo preview page.
4.Tap the share and menu icons.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4.It is easy to select share and menu icons in photo preview page.

[4.Actual Result]: 
4.It is hard to selected.

The issue is verified not happen in Flame 2.2 latest build.

It seems device give response only if user tap the lower part of the icons in flame 2.1 version, and it is easy to tap the icons in Flame 2.2 version.

Confirm with mike, there is no menu pop up after user tap the icons, because the action trigger the utility tray.
