1109575 - Conversations from Guest Mode cannot be deleted when the user is logged in and vice versa

I've noticed that some conversations could not be deleted so I've investigated and found the following:

If a Guest user has one or more conversations in the list and then he logs in, he won't be able to delete the previous conversations.
It also reproduces if a user is logged in (with one or more conversations in the list) and then he logs out. The Guest user is unable to delete the conversations. 

The console throws the following error:
"Loop hawkRequest error:" Object { code: 403, errno: 999, error: "Authenticated user is not the owner of this room." }

This sounds like a dupe of bug 1102432 (which we're very close to landing a fix for).  Basically, when the user logs in, he/she should no longer see the rooms that "Guest" created -- and vice versa.
