As I mentioned in Bug 1042526 Comment 34:

...currently contains a link to the "complete list of changes" in this release:

Actual result:

60 bugs found, wrongly limited to TB product only, and wrongly limited to target milestone TB31 (whilst we since last release TB24, we've fixed bugs all the way long with target milestones > 24 and < 31).

Expected result:

"Complete list of changes" should really be complete!

513 bugs found, including MailNews Core bugs, and including all those fixed with target milestones between > TB24 and <= TB 31.
