1109634 - Image buttons are not aligned properly when invalid file image is loaded in Op Shelf

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to MP-dev Curation Tools https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/curate
2. Create an Operator Shelf
3. Go to Customize section and load an invalid Background/Shelf Landing Image 
4. Click the “Submit” button

Expected results:
“Valid background/landing image is required” message appears. There are no display or layout issues.

Actual results:
The “Browse” and “Clear” buttons from the end of the Background Image/Shelf Landing Image field are not aligned properly.

Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF37(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage and MP-dev.

I would like to add to this bug, another example of images not aligned.

Steps to follow:
Prerequisites: user should be log in: https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org

Right click: Categories -> Books & Comics -> scroll down until user see "Test App (a4a14a30)" and "Test App (no-require-app)"

Then we can see that the images between this two apps are not aligned. See figure: Marketplace_ImagesApp_Not_aligned.png

Os type 64-bits
