Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:34.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/34.0
Build ID: 20141126041045
Steps to reproduce:
switching between open tabs (XP SP3)
Actual results:
Computer instantly froze, cursor frozen too. 3 out of 5 times, came free after 5 - 10 minutes. Other 2 of 5, ctrl-alt-del had NO effect....had to force close by power off. Upon restoring power, PC rebooted to exact Web page & line, normality resumed (temporarily). Have had ten such freezes in 8 hours today. (My drivers are on auto-renew; have loaded new itunes - to up-to-date version. Just how many progs do I have to upgrade?).
Expected results:
nothing.

Please try to disable the hardware acceleration in options/advanced/general
There is not much else that we can do because a system freeze is a system bug and it doesn't matter if only Firefox triggers this issue.

It's not clear how this is a Firefox issue - it sounds like there is an issue with the stability of the machine, and unfortunately that is not something Firefox itself can do much about. Please get back to us if you have more information indicating this is expressly caused by Firefox.
