Details

There's no clear documentation (run book) on how to trouble shoot this alert or who to contact when this alerts in #sysadmins.

Here is the link in mana that gives contact names for this service but seems to be incorrect.

Is this something that should even be alerting critical?

Jesse owns fuzzer-linux5.

Unexpected, but it wouldn't be a huge surprise if fuzzing Firefox tripped a Linux kernel bug. It happens on Mac all the time.

Is it possible to find out what kind of thing caused the reboot -- kernel panic, command, or something else? It just happened once, right?

As long as the machine comes back up on its own, I don't think IT needs to do anything. Is it possible to make reboots alert me instead of alerting IT?

Timeout. Jesse - Yeah, we can have those machines alert you as well. If that is still required, please open a new bug in Infrastructure & Operations::MOC: Service Requests. We're clearing out this queue.
