Bookmarks that are not in folders have the menu option "Properties" in "Manga
bookmarks...". Bookmarks that are in folders does not.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. /Bookmarks/Manga bookmarks
2. Click on a bookmark that is inside a folder
3. Rightclik, no properties option in the menu

WORKSFORME with build 2001112003, Win98.  Try using a newer build.

ah, trying to change properties of IE imported bookmarks, I dont think this is a
bug... cuz they are not actually imported, just viewed in your bookmarks list. 
Paul, I got to think this is invalid.  Cant change something that dont exist.
