Steps to reproduce:
start downloading a file using firefox and click on top-right "downloads" icon to see downloads status.
Actual results:
wrong character is showing instead of "," or "." (point)
wrong character that is showing instead of "," or "." is (a persian (farsi) digit: 5)
Expected results:
a little problem with windows regions and languages.
remember this is happened on global version of firefox not a translated version.
but i have installed "persian" keyboard on my windows 7.
